The first is of the Jeep in all of its rusted glory and the second is in its not as rusted glory!

Have you checked the body bolts to see if they're still good?  When I lived in the rust central the body was OK but the bolts had 1/8-1/4" eaten away.

I think the body bolts are ok but I am afraid to remove them due to the rust. Rusted tight and rust on the underside around the bolt hole. If I undo it I wondered if I would end up ripping the metal apart.
