another cylinder head question

Hello 4banger gurus, just a quick question. I found a cylinder head off a 200 wrangler that a guy will sell me for 25 bucks. I'm wanting an extra head that I can slowly "build " up for my xj. My question is are they interchangeable.? My xj is a 96.
