I found a 4.0 bored throttle body on E-bay ( bored to 63mm) !  I was wondering if this is too much for my 2.5 without changin the fuel pressure regulator Huh???   Thanks in advance for your replys !

I believe mine is bored to 62mm.

The intake on wranglers (both 4.0 and 2.5L) is 62mm; I've never seen a 63mm bored TB, but that extra mm would not help at all IMO...

The throttle body opening on the manifold is 62mm on a 4.0L, much smaller on the 2.5L.  The 2.5L manifold needs opened up to get the benefit of an oversized TB.

I sell 62mm TB's for cheaper than most on Ebay, unless it's from trl-rde on Ebay as that is me.  I've got spacers too.

You don't need an adj. fuel pressure regulator to run one, although it may help to have one.  I run a 62mm TB, spacer, and performance cam.  I plan on installing an air/fuel guage and adj. fuel pressure regulator so I can dial in the A/F ratio.  Likely an adj. MAP sensor as well.
