Well I got home from work last night and put this on I'm pretty happy with it, it seems like its really opened things up some. I still have to install my 4.0tb. Should I do a throttle body spacer or call it good?

Looks good. I got a 4.0 TB a while back and plan to install it without a spacer. The only advantage seems to be that it provides you with the required gaskets.

Look on Ebay you can get one with gaskets for $20. Thats an expensive way to get gaskets but it should do a little more than that

A spacer probably won't hurt but all the published dyno tests I've seen don't show much of a benefit. It seems to be something that just doesn't deliver enough for what it costs.

What all mods do you have done to your motor? What did you get your Dana 44 out of thats under your Jeep now?

The only motor mods I've done, if they can even be called that, are remove the "flow restrictor" in the stock air intake, put in a distributor cap with brass terminals, install a thermostat (this actually helped because it was running cold all the time before), and put in a new computer when the original one went bad (the idle improved a lot). The other mod that has helped is the 4.56 gears. The Dana 44 is from a Cherokee. These have the right width and bolt pattern. The larger brakes it came with allow it to brake with 33s just as well or maybe a bit better than it did with 30s and the dana 35.
Good luck with your mods.

As much mud as I see in that engine bay you may want to get a pre-filter for that air filter.

why dont you turn it towards the drivers side fender? where its at, it will suck up a ton of heat from the exhaust manifold.

I don't know its just where it sits heh As much mud as I see in that engine bay you may want to get a pre-filter for that air filter.
Got one, just haven't put it on yet and haven't done any wheelin lately. I live in Indiana is why there is so much mud in there. I'm starting to get away from all the mud though...I really like playin on the rocks down at the Badlands

FWIW I installed the 4.0 TB without a spacer, It ran better but it had a slight hesitation on acceleration.
I didn't want to pay $75 bucks for a $2 piece of aluminum. I found one on e-bay for $30 with shipping.
With the spacer on, the hesitation went a way and it ran better.
Make sure you get the spacer for the 4.0.
