ya I would say you went the wrong way for this forum lol

cool lowered job but I find the panels look loose or shifted like it's been beat or it's from you lowering mods that you don't have all the brackets in place to hold everything tight together!

actually all the out of place panels are remnants of a bout with a conversion van

i've got a lot more work to be done, havnt even started any actual body work besides replacing the bed and painting it.

and its been abused by previous owners, a lot of the bolts and screws that i take out either shear off or the clips break, so its a complete pain, i know both fenders need replaced, as well as the pass side door, and cab corner

i've flared the tops of the wheel arches and rolled the inner lip so the tires wont catch anymore,

and the headlights are fleabay junk, cant get them in any more the housing itself is against the metal

i'll have the wishbone 3 link airride rear suspension done springtime hopefully, couple little things done, and then its on to bodywork.
after that, this hamster cage should be ready to pull in favor of a 4BTa.

i had a YJ when i was a freshman in HS same motor and trans, rough little beater... i miss it
even though i never really used 4wd

haha i still have all 3 sets.
stock 15"s with 31x10.5"s and 30x9.5"
the chrome 15x8 progressives with my 225/60 summer tires
and my 15" cragars with my 275/75 snow tires

its easier to make tire changes when they're on different wheels lol
im actually building the truck so i can fit the 30" tires on all 4 corners and still lay frame

yea... 30 mph bump
the city closed the road 2 weeks later,

part of the problem with getting the frame straight was rust i guess, and it was all in the front the one corner was bent up not crushed you cant even tell by lookin at the tree lol

a lot of people make fun of me for having a 4 cyl dak, but i love it, easy as hell to work on

vid of the front playing around

nothing wrong with the 4clyd would recommend finding a 64mm t/b or having someone build you one. had mine done locally here!!

made a huge difference! also running a header!

I just picked up a 92 dodge Dakota about 2 weeks ago.  v6 2wd for 150$ couldn't pass the deal up plus i wanted and picked up a sled last week is wicked nice not to pull a trailer all the time to pick stuff up!!

if you want to give away any rims any of them would look nicer then these ones lol

I think you'll find that if you get some distance from the air cleaner to the throttle body it will help with mileage and idle smoothness.
the MAP and Idle circuit need a steady vacuum signal to work best. The open air cleaner allows a lot of turbulence across the throttle body.

well hopefully next week ill have a set of 24# injectors, should solve my extra air problems, so, TB spacers actually work on these motors?
i know they're paper weights on dakota magnum engines.

and torch, would you be willing to straight up trade your wheels for my stockers? problem is i only have 3 of them. i have a stock spare so you'd get 4 tires, but one wheels needs replaced
