How do you fish from our Jeep? Does yours float? Mine doesn't..... naughty

There are a lot of forums with Jeeps performing to the owners desires...mine gets me around, over and between things.....at times, it does have to work at it.

Maybe I can get a picture of mine while driving to work!  Actually, I do use it often to get out to hiking trails.  Here are a couple of pics from one of those trips:

I like this one because of the retro look:

It was actually taken by a professional photographer (but not working for pay that day) who went hiking with us.

It was taken in the Sierra Madre Oriental in Mexico near a mountain called Pico Escorpión.  The nearest large cities are Monterrey and Saltillo and the closest ranch is Los Llanitos.

The photographer is Fidel Ramos.  He had an exposition on display in Monterrey recently and included some pictures from that trip taken up on the mountain.  But no Jeep pictures!

jk is my dads DD... the willys both have the go-devil 4banger.. lots of mods, disc brakes, power steering, 12v electrical, alternator, headers, bored out .030, shaved heads to up the compression, warn overdrive, electric fuel pump..... if you ever think our 4bangers are low on power drive a willys for a weekend and the 2.5l will feel like a beastly motor (but the go-devil motors never give up).

ya the drum brakes where utterly useless when wet... but thanks to oldjeep we learned of the chevy 3/4ton disk brake conversion and now they stop on a dime.
