How can I reech theese kids?

« on: August 20, 2010, 11:24:27 AM »

I was out at my grandpa's yesterday and went out to the barn to check on some stuff I'm storing in it. He has a guy come cut the field every year and bail it for hay (25 acres) and he's left this old tractor there for some reason... So I thought it'd be cool to take a picture with it  smokes

And I used an app on my phone to make it black and white. Thought it looked cool...

Nice Ford N tractor.  I've heard a lot of good things about those old tractors.

My grandpa had an old 1960's Ford tractor for YEARS, nothing was wrong with it but he went and bought a New Holland about 3-4 years ago, he says the old Ford was a lot faster than his New Holland but didn't have the low end the NH does.

When were the "N" tractors made?

Clean looking jeep and love the tractor. That's an ideal size for my 11 acres.

When I saw the tractor in the pic, my mind went for looking at it as a lowered hot rod front.

Saw on a hot rod show where they were looking for a grille and matching hood to use. They used one off a farm tractor that has sat in the field for some 20+ yrs. It was a cool thought and process that worked.
