Nothin left to do but smile smile smile-J Garcia

« on: September 29, 2010, 09:23:13 PM »

I thought I'd throw a pic of my 95 YJ up here. I bought it last year and just finally started getting the money to make it a good trail rig. I just installed the new front tube fenders last Sunday and I'm putting in my 4.5 BDS lift on Friday along with my rear corner armor. My future plans when the bank account permits are a new tranny ( AX 15 or NV3550) with Hurst shifter, new axles( Ford 8.8 in rear and D44 up front), F250 shock towers for longer travel shocks, cold air intake, 35" BFG KM2's, new rollcage, PSC hydraulic assist steering system, Tom Woods drive shafts all around, new seats( Corbeau or Mastercraft), front and rear bumbers( not sure which kind) I like the shorty front bumber with stinger..... etc, etc, and the list goes on. Its a long road but a fun one and i want to do it all in one day but I would have to be rich, not have anything else to do and be a mega savant mechanic with a garage of my own. I'll post more pics when I can.
Thanks for lookin'.  Safe jeepin'   -Nate

Looks good.  Instead of the 8.8 D44 combo I would recommend going with D44s front and rear or maybe a HP D44 front and Ford 9" rear from a '79 Ford F-250.  This second combo has worked well for a friend of mine.
