Clayton Engine Skid Plate

Have not been able to find any write ups on guys installing clayton's engine skid on the 4 cylinder. I'm in the middle of building up a new frame and I'll be running a clayton long arm setup. I figured since the skid plate is a structural member I should go with something I won't have to cut which leads me to picking up the clayton belly and engine skid this morning. Has anyone on here mocked one up before? Looking for advice before I dive into fabricating something.
4 inch springs. 1.25" body lift. Ford 8.8. Clayton 4 link. SYE. Tom Woods shaft. Dayton Timberline MT 33s

Never heard of them before.  Looks like a copy of the Skid Row skid.  Clayton doesn't seem to list a 2.5L skid on their site.  I was only able to find the 4.0L which won't work since they use the motor mounts as mounting points which are different between the two engines.  You might be able to unbolt the front mount and drill new holes further back and remount it though.

Yes, Clayton does not make one for the 4 cylinder. I talked to Adam from Clayton at the Great American Jeep Rally in CT and he said they don't get enough requests for the 4 cylinder to make one. I'll post pictures when its fully welded but I've made L brackets to weld to my motor mounts to attach the clayton engine skid cross member to and will drill new counter sunk holes in the skid.

I was going to make brackets off the frame in the 6 cyl location but the cross member sits too high for that to work without modifying the size of the clayton crossmember. I don't weld myself so that was too much for me.
