These are 'stock replacements', the nice thing about them is that the VC fits without modification.

Looks nice.  ALmost too clean under the hood.  You can really see why they added two idler pulley's to the later engines with A/C.  Might get some slippage with the A/C kicking on and off.

Yes, I believe it's stock.  Non, AC should have one idler usually attached to the A/C bracket but they weren't officially putting A/C on the 2.5L.  It was a dealer installed option.  His engine is one of the later TBI's when they switched over to the serpentine belt from the V belts.
