Title: 2.5 OIL PAN

I read a post here that late 95ys used tj oil pans. # stamped on my 95 block is 508hx24 I'm thinking august 24 1995 would this be a tj pan on this ?

Mine is a Oct. 95. My drain plug is on the passenger side of the pan, not the rear. My guess would be it's a TJ pan.

mine is a '95 with the plug in the center. I think (like FourbangerYJ mentioned) that the ones on the side are TJ and the ones centered are YJ with some overlap of TJ pans on YJ in the last year of manufacturing. There were some parts from the TJ that were installed on YJs that year, for example mine had the TJ throttle body with the MAP hole plugged.

My '95 has the TJ oil pan and uses a TJ fan belt.  Will have to wait for other things to wear out to see what else.

I think i have the tj pan so I wont have to swap it. I'm putting it in my 97tj  and was worried about the exh pipe.
