Title: blown driveshaft to axle seal?

everytime i replace this seal it blows again like a month or so later, what could be causing this

 - worn/damaged yoke (sealing area)
 - improper pinion bearing preload (the pinion shaft would wobble)
 - unbalanced driveshaft (but then you'd feel it so this one would be fairly obvious)

EDIT: that picture is not very clear but it looks to me that the seal is pushed too far in so add this to the list (should be flush wit the housing or very little under), could be your problem.

Or could be the wrong seal.  Or put in backwards.

Is there even a seal there?  The rolled metal edge of the seal should be against the edge of the bore not inside it.

not all of them have a rolled lip though, but yeah, it looks like it's missing, i figured he pushed it in too far which would explain why it fails
