So I'm pretty sure my wife is gonna get me this for christmas:

I hope it will fix all my issues with my dang transfer case shifting on my TJ, I have been reading a lot about it well all that I can find, and it seems pretty straight forward to install, however it looks like it may be a pain to get it adjusted, so for those that have installed it, is it a pain to adjust? Also does it come all set up like this and alls I have to do is install it and adjust it:

Haven't used it but have read good reviews. Pretty sure Advance Adapters has something similar. I have an Advance Adapters cable shifter in the YJ (for the Atlas doubler) and it works fine and is not hard to adjust, you just center the travel in the space it has available for movement.
