When I first start up my TJ I have a chirp coming from one of the pulleys..I think its coming from my power steering pump. However it seems once everything gets good and warm in the engine bay it goes away and no longer chirps. Do you guys think my power steering pump is on its way out? or do I just need to tighten my belt up? Seems to still steer and turn fine as of now..

Tighten your serpentine belt.

that (what he ^ said) and might want to consider also replacing it (if it's been doing it for a while and you see rubber filings around the pulleys it's probably a good idea to install a new one).

I did replace it, however I was worried about getting it too tight. thanks guys! I will get her a little more snug

same happened to me, got it tight but i think they need retightening after a bit, seems to be as i had it fairly tight as well and start squeeling after 3 or 4 days in the morning, readjusted and didn't do it after that.

To figure out the tension on your serpentine, you find the longest spread on the belt that is free. Push/pull on it. It shouldn't deflect no more than 1/4 inch.
When you replaced the belt, did you check the play on the idler pully(s)? Did you the serpentine correctly? Smooth side run against the smooth pulleys and the teeth side run against the grooved pullys.
My YJ had the teeth side running against the smooth idler. Squeaked every start up. I fixed it....
