I haven't been to that many but I'd like to change that. I've been thinking about doing a big a loop from Route 66 then to the Lincoln Highway.

We keep talking about going to D.C. and some of the surrounding states. I'd like to go for some of the historic stuff. I must admit I do like the west a lot. I don't like the heat, we are talking about moving to the N.W. after the kids get done with school.

Post by: RNandKT on May 03, 2013, 06:02:10 AM: I made a trip across the US for a CJ-7 Jeep once (hence the line across, so technically those states MO, IL, OH, IO I just drove through .. twice) but the rest I have all been in at least a week or more.

Wow, I have more states than you... And I only lived in the US for about 10 years (on and off). Of course, there are more states in the east...

That's easy to do on the east coast. You could spend two days driving from Chula Vista, CA to Yreka CA and your still in CA.

Yeah, getting out of FL from miami was a pain as well!
