I just noticed that the hinges for the rear window of my hardtop are bent. This is why they were letting water in. I used weatehrstripping to seal it for now (at this time, water is only coming in on the pass side window), but the glass is still sticking out. Any idea where to get those hinges to fix the problem properly?

I'd check omix-Ada and crown. Other then that you're SOL I think. Maybe you can bend them back?

Maybe they can be straightened and then have plates welded to them.

I have not taken them apart, but they seem to be plastic, not metal... It could be just a covering, though.

IIRC there's a plastic cover over the bolts. The hinges is metal.

I looked at mine and they're all metal. The cover does sorta look and feel like plastic but I think it's how it's made.
