It looks really capable. I just could not read the word in the back of the cab; what does it say? BRINKS? :wall:
And of all the doo-dads that they threw on it, I coul dnot get what those little wheels in the back are for...

I think it's a fiberglass body on a narrow tube frame that runs down the center. The thing floats way too easily to be that heavy.
The small wheels you see later on are the tag axle for the track system

the guy is Romanian, watched a video after the one embedded, I'll translate what he says in the vid below in an interview at the Bucharest auto-show - he says body is aluminum, tube chromoly chassis. 6500lbs, V8 engine gasoline (not sure provenience, probably LS2/3 - he said is very light at 350lbs), 400HP and 650Nm torque (the one on display). The price for this one he said starts at 80k Euros ($112k USD) and with various options to 120k Euros ($168k USD). It has 9 seats but it can take up to 16 passengers. It can be fitted with tracks, water tanks, fire-figthing hoses, you can attach a trailer which is built to float and can fit 12 pple in the trailer or equipment/etc. He says they're in talks with 3 parties for orders (from Israel, Germany and US) but nothing has been signed so far. website http://ghe-o.bgsmotorsport.ro/
he built 4 vehicles so far, 2 comp buggies, 1 purpose built buggy and the Rescue one in the vid. He built the first one (buggy) in the US (didn't say where) and took it to Romania, developed 2 more buggies, 1 is specialized for Fire-Fighters with a water tank (small, less than 100gal) and the other one if i understood correctly is for competition (along with the first one built)
He says the Rescue can go in areas where the buggies can't (that was a comparison for capabilities not that they are serving the same purpose), also said the idea after which was built is to access remote areas in the winter (remote mountain villages) in case of emergency.
the price point is too high to make it as a per piece order i think (he said something about 250k Euros for the buggy which translates in about US $350k)

i like the quick swap for track system w/o the need of taking the tires off, not sure how reliable it is but looks good.

The over-the-tire track is a pretty old system. The most common use today is for skid steer.

There were kits you could get for tractors as well.

that track system would have been nice to have last week. 35s with chains on all corners pushing through hood high snow is slow going and is quite taxing on the drive train.
