3510 LBS
got mine on the scale last week, tank almost empty and substracting the driver's weight comes to 3500lbs (and that's without the full size spare tire, didn't have one on - for that add another 90lbs, also without the rear seat). I have a soft top and full size doors (which add a bit).
stock weight is 2855-3241 (probably the high end is I6 with hardtop, full size doors, full size bumpers and large option tires), i'm assuming mine was probably around 3000lbs
so where does the 600lbs difference (500 + 90 for the spare tire)
+ 200lbs for 5 each 35x12.5x15 on 15x10 rims (stock tires are 30lbs, 35s are 60lbs, i'm estimating 20lbs for the stock rim, the 15x10 i have are 30lbs each)
+ 50lbs for the Doubler
+ 40lbs D300 vs. 231 (i'm just guessing but should be close enough)
+ 30lbs for the custom skid/crossmember vs stock (just the frame without the skid plates, I have not put them on yet)
+ 30lbs hi-lift jack (I have no idea how much it weighs in reality)
+ 50lbs front bumper
+ 20lbs rockers
+ 40lbs nerf bars
+ 80lbs Dana 35 truss/braces, diff skid, etc
+ 20lbs spare tire carrier
comes to about 360lbs, where's the rest from? (still short 230 lbs not to mention the rear bench)

Full doors are VERY heavy... Half doors weight next to nothing compared to those!

so take away another 30lbs, still short a couple of hundred (and i do not have the winch on at this time).

The full doors weigh in over 70 lbs each... Mine are all you want ot handle if your taking them off without an extra hand...
