if I opted to sell my YJ and get a TJ instead would my throttle body and spacer and headers all fit on a TJ with a 2,5L? I'm looking at a '99. Thanks.

You'll probably want to get a new TB from a TJ or late XJ/ZJ with the MAP on the TB itself.  Check out the 4.0L TB thread and you'll see the difference.  Spacers will be fine, but headers are slightly different.
