Title: Brake Problems

Background: 93 YJ
I did an axle swap a dana 44 and a dana 300 Transfer case..
Everythign is done we bleed the breaks and got presure . As soon as we started the jeep and the pedal went to the floor. We thought it might be the master cylinder . So i replaced it same problem.. I need help

What's the D44 from?  Have any idea what size the brakes are?  Are you just bleeding the rears?  Are you running the booster?  Checked for leaks, I'm sure.

Ya im running a boster. Cherokke Front.. Im bleeding them all

If the brakes are adjusted correctly then I'd guess that the MC might not be making enough pressure for the rear brakes.  I'll take a guess and say the rear's are at least 11" drums?

You sure you dont have a leak and that you got all of the air out of the lines? a leak or air in the lines would cause these symptoms. or MC is to small.

I've heard of this one before on another post...  It's one of those "my computer doesn't turn on...  did you check the plug?"

Well make sure that the right side caliper in on the right side, and the left is on the left.  It sounds stupid, but the bleeders are specific, and make sure air isn't sitting in a pocket.

I have a 95 YJ with a D30 & F9" rear...  I haven't had good brakes in years...  It's almost scary at times.  I've bled them too...  I had brakes, life was good then I took a rear caliper off, compressed the brakes (by accident) and haven't had a good pedal feel ever since.
