Title: New Smittybilt Tubular Winch Bumper.....frustration!

Has anyone bought one of the front smittybilt tubular winch bumpers and it wasn't quite alligned right for the bolts?  Is this a common thing, or did I just end up with one of those "special" Jeeps?

The bumper should fit '76-'06 on my '03 TJ SE.

this bumper?  i had no problems it went right on. but now that i think about it i did hit.... i mean rubbed a tree a while back. mabey thats why it went ok so nice?

This is the bumper I was talkin about.  It's only off by a MM or 2.  I've come to the conclusion that I'm just gonna have to grind what's in the way.
