Gas is not cheap. I am cheap.
We have a problem...
Sooo...does anybody have any suggestions on how I can improve my fuel economy from a crippling 13 mpg? I love my Jeep...and I don't want anything to stand between us :lol:

What is your set-up? Do a complete tune-up for starters. Change out fluids. Make sure your cat is good. I get 19mpg on 31s and stock 4.10s, and there are people on here that get better.

Install a Throttle body spacer, see Jeffy's review in the Nuts & Bolts section, do a tune-up on ignition, oil & filters, and remove Air Intake restrictions which depending on the year may vary? Below link shows the Air Restrictor used on certain year intake systems.

Ah, the old venturi... that's really a YMMV/IDW (It don't work).
In any case, without knowing the type of Jeep, how many miles and the other spects, it's really subjective. If you drive slower it will get better gas mileage. Otherwise, take public transportation.

Too many acronyms!

1985 HONDA ACCORD - $795
Better gas mileage? This could be a solution...
By the way, YMMV stands for You Made Me Verify. I made that up, but I couldn't think of anything else. :lol:

YMMV = Your Mileage May Vary
IDW = It Don't Work
