What's the real difference between the dual and single steering stabilizers?? Will the dual really provide a tighter feel or just better prevent bump steer, etc. when the front end hits something hard?
Want to upgrade and they're not that expensive...just want to know if it is worth it to go to the double now. Thanks.

A dual stabilizer is just two instead of one. Mosre often then not if the kit comes with two, they will be half the strength as a mono stabilizer. Dual setup's eat ground clearance and don't help much. The reason for running a dual setup is to keep the oil cool inside so it doesn't froth up under heat. I doubt you'd need a dual setup. You will see some people with a dual setup ising single shocks. This makes steering a bit harder.
All the steering stabilizer does is deadens the steering. If you have bumpsteer it won't be enough to cancel it out. If it did the steering wheel would be ripped from your hands.

Thanks Jeffy...what I thought...was thinking of changing since I just did the lift and the old one has 65k on it.
Changing back to the original pitman arm this weekend....just don't understand why they send a drop pitman arm with a 3" lift kit if it isn't needed??
