Supposedly all new in box...good deal?
Are 4.88's good for running 33's on a daily driver, or will it kill me on the highway?

The gears will be fine. As for the price I'd say it's ok. Master install kits for both ends will be over $100. Gears will cost around $160-80 a set. ARB locker without compressor is around $750. Gonna install them yourself?

Depends if you really like the D35 or not. I know some like the D35 and still use it. I'm not in my 97 TJ.
If the D35 is flange style, then some say that it's better than the 'C' clip style. I have a friend with a late 80's XJ with 4.56's, 33's, ARB, and flange style axles. No a break just yet, but it's only been less than a year. He's carrying my shafts for spares.

I wouldn't put the arb in the stock dana 35. The super kit would work good for you, but i'd consider a better axle before you lock the rear.

Find out if they are the new style D30 (RD100) & D35 (RD102) lockers... Old style had 6 to 8 cylinder cap retaining bolts, new style is a 2 piece case (no cylinder cap bolts).
If they are the newer style you could change the side gears and they could accept 30 spline axles...
It's a good deal... Are they from a dealer or a private party?

It's from a private party, he bought all the stuff, but totaled his jeep before he installed.

Sounds like a smokin deal...
