just went to leave my house and check engine light came on. runs funny, weird smell and white smoke.  please help?!

White smoke can mean head gasket, pull your dipstick and see if it smells like coolant. Did it run hot?

whitesmoke typically means coolant. do a compression test on the motor.

more important what year is it what modle is it how many miles on it and has it been well mantained? but from the sounds of it its a head gasket! not too bad of a job just takes time.

sorry it took me so long to reply.  i checked the codes on the OBDI and and one of the injectors was not firing when/how it was supposed to.  the plug was not staying seated on the injector. got it fixed works great, enjoying the newer injectors
