About a week later after installing the engine mounts, one inch lifts, something went wrong with my steering. Not sure if related. When I try to turn its really hard then easy then hard again. It seem harder to turn left. The steering fluid level is good. Could my power steering pump be going out? What should I check, and how. I think that its getting worse over time.
Thanks

Well, I'd first check the arms for any bends. Take the steering stabilizer off and try driving it. It could be that the stabilizer is damaged. In which case it would be a cheap fix.

I will look tonight and hopefully a cheap fix, thanks

good place to start jeffy, also your gearbox may be binding internally.

I took my steering stabalizer off and it still felt the same. So, how do I check the steering box? And would I have to replace the whole thing?
I found a power steering gearbox on ebay for $27, but it ends in 8 hours, not sure if I should get it just because I don't think I could find one cheaper. Any advice would be nice

You can probably jack the front off the ground then turn the wheel. Disconnect the drag-link and turn it again. Then disconnect the steering rod at the end of the column and try turning it. This should help you localize the problem.

jeffy is dead on. and you won't find it cheaper than that.

I had a similar problem on my old AMC and it turned out to be the steering box. Not sure if this helps you, but it took me a while to figure it out. I just changed the box and voila! no more binding.
