Post by: mexi0501 on November 08, 2006, 06:06:42 PM
I WAS WONDERIN IF MY 2 INCH BODY LIFT AND 4 INCH SUSPENSION LIFT IS ENOUGH TO CLEAR 37'S. THE 35'S CLEAR 4 NOW BUT I WANT BIGGER STREET TIRES.

You'll clear 37s just fine.  Rubbing while disconnected is another story however.  Someone else with more experience will have to answer that one for ya.

Next time you are wheeling and articulate the axles, get out and take some measurements. The difference between your 35's and 37's is probably negligible anyways, but again, that depends on the tires themselves. Some 35's are actually 33+" tall new. Some 37's are actually 37+". Wheel width will add to the overall width as well as height, not much, but still, if you have 1/2" clearance, that 1/2" could be the deciding factor.

Its rather difficult to comment on tire size changes as you can see.
