My 98 SE 5 speed gets 17 mpg normally. Just wondering what people are getting with the automatics in a Wrangler.

i get like 13- 14 mpg, i got 31's and stock gears, hate my 4 cyl 3spd auto yea i got cool air intake, tbs, and catback exhaust, also electric fan.

Same setup as lanulos89. 4.0 tb, tbs and rockit intake. 12-15 mpg mostly city/hwy.

I seem to be getting 15-17mpg. With aem intake, throttle body spacer, Jet chip stage 1, and 30inch tires.
-
If I can keep the rpms near 3200, I can get 17. But that's not the usual, I get 12ish around town/highway. I've got 34's, 4.88, and tbi spacer.

Wow, lower numbers than I would expect given what the 4 spepd gets. I would expect 14-16, not 12-15.

With 30" tire 4.0 tb and spacer I was getting an average of 17.1 mpg, high of 20.7 and a low of 14.5
Now with 33" on stock gears I get an average of 14.5 mpg, high of 16.0 low of 13.1

I'm getting 14-16 mpg, 4.0tb, spacer, 31's, 3.73's.
