does any one recomened taking your cat off? our do you need it for back pressure. :!:

No. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Its there for a factor of federal law.
Now, if you have done an analysis of the flow and think its a problem, then replace it with a hi-flow one. When I had my turbo muffler and rear tail replaced, I also added a hi-flow cat. It was cheap. In reviewing the old cat, it wasn't too bad at all. Some of the cones were blocked but didn't do anything for the performance according to the exhaust guy.
It's still a poor hp/tq 4cyl pushing 3600# square truck around.

im running no cat right now, not by choice either, i dont recomend it at all. When its nice out, i had my back windows open almost died from the exhaust smell. plus the power increase isnt worth it, im putting a cat on as soon as i have the money.

hey thanks for the input its of right now but i cant tell no diffrence in power when the money right ill probly put one back on my self.
