Title: Speedo gear
Post by: zworld on January 11, 2007, 05:16:01 PM
I installed my new speedo gear. That was the easiest thing I have done yet! Now I need to install my brute force intake. Wish I had a garage. Weather is getting bad. Also Have a new steering stabilizer to install. Did I already say I wish I had a garage. :D

steering stabilizer is a fun job.  NOT.  hit the bolts with pb blaster a good day b4 u do it, loosen the bolts on the old one and drive around with them loose, hopefully it pops out of place if not get out the trusty hammer

I got a pitman arm puller at auto zone for 12.00, this should make it easy.

I think that's too big...they have another puller that's smaller that worked great for me on the stabilizer.

i wish i had a warm garage, i wish i had any type of shelter.  i goto boces in the morning for automotive before high school, so ive been doing most of my work there.  only problem is, with big stuff i have under 3 hours to complete it, or i get to go home half put together.
