Title: 4.88's with 31's?????

I blew my Dana 35 recently and acquired a D44 with a detroit and 4.88's. Im currently running 31' Bfg's. Is the gearing in my new rearend and soon to be regeared front end going to kill me with just 31's? I'm going to upgrade to either 33's or 35's soon havent decided. What do yall think?

Always think to the future....4.88's will be fine....maybe a little high revving on the highway, but nothing that should bother you too much I would think...

like mozman said. you should be ok... just a little higher revving.. and you'll be ready for those 35's.

Good thats what i was thinking. My Turdy5 was so shot. I'll try and get some pics of it.
