hey guys..I have a 98 TJ. So far here are my "performance" mods.
4:88 gears
intake/exhaust.
I know the jeep is not going to be FAST, thats why I have my VW...but ide like a little bit more. I have a 4.0 TB/spacer waiting to go in, and I was concidering instaling a new cam. What have you found out with installing a new high performance cam? Did give you any gain, and is it worth the $$?

Unless you already have a Mopar cam, good luck finding one. They have been discontinued and most where dumped onto ebay years ago. They sold for $29, I might add. No way, you'll find anything close to those prices today. Most likely you'll have to buy a Clifford for $300.

has anyone checked the other companies that do hi-po for four bangers? somebody should make a cam for less.
never really did proformance parts for a 4 before. just switched to a 8. :smooch:
