It sounds like you disconnected the pin switches at the doors, if they are not coming on anymore.

As for the headlights, that's a new fangled car feature, you're driving a Jeep.

Well, first it would be nice to know what kind of Jeep it is.  A Jeep like a YJ will not have a buzzer.

It sounds like a TJ, Your  door switch sounds like its disconnected. I never really listen to my beeper, but I think its the seat belt reminder, Reach under your dash and feel the back of the switch, you should feel wires going to it, see if you can feel if there connected. If they are they could have gone bad or corroded.
I disconnected mine when I first bought the Jeep, I was sick of pulling the fuse every time I took my doors off like the dealership suggested. The wires are still there but I taped the ends and tucked them around some others so there out of the way.

If that's the case then it's the same as the YJ.

My TJ doesn't do this but I think I disconected the wires on the seatbelt buckle can't remember, as for the dome light I just added a switch so I can disconect power to them when the doors are off.

Do you have a TJ and what year is it, if I remember correctly, and I could be wrong, but I thought when I pulled my fuse out my lights would not work at all in mine.
I'm going to have to go out and see if I'm wright or wrong.
