Title: Quick...how do you remove fuel line from rail, '99 TJ

There are no clips, just a silver cup over the line...wont pull off???

Fuel line tool. Costs about $5

Also...

I have a broken ground cable.  It comes off of the rear of the head, but the other end is broken off.  Can anyone tell me where the other end connects.

On a YJ and a cherokee it connects to the firewall, pretty much straight back.  TJ is probabally the same

Im installing some 24 #  4-hole injectors from a navigator.  I should know something soon.
