I don't know if anyone would know what would cause this, but after i turn a corner my steering wheel surges back to center, but only at speed, any speed. But i don't feel it when just sitting still turning lock to lock. My tyres are not wearing odd so i don't think it is the alignment.
Thanks for any input.

How much lift have you got, and what kind of lift? Usually violent return to center is caused by too much positive caster.
-
4'' Rubicon Express lift with 1'' shackles but it was doing it before the lift, i kinda forgot about it till today when i had to jump a curb, and it seems to have gotten worse on my way home.
-
Ummm, not to change the subject but, why did you "have to jump a curb?"
-
X-mass shopping at Walmart in the ''Richy'' part of town, and some soccer-mom in an envoy wanted my spot but would not let me out so i just hit 4 high and went up and over the curb, but i did not have to wait in line to get out of the p-lot lol.

By chance have one of these on your fender?

Seriously though, I would have just kept backing up towards the minivan. They would have got the hint once your wheel started going up their bumper.

funny you all know we need to do shopping, and soccer mom in caravans round here are stupid/crazy. I could have gone 4low and pushed her out of my way, but they just wont get the fact that you need more then 4 feet to get out of the stall. But anyways does anyone have an idea as to the steering issue?
-
Have you checked the basic stuff? Have someone turn the wheel back and forth while you look for worn tie rod ends. Jack the front end up and check the ball joints.
-
yeah i checked all that no more then 2000km (1,242miles) ago i'll check again soon but i can't get into my heated shop till i finish something else, and with it about -26*C (14.8*F) out side before the wind chill i dont want to do it today. but i'll check and report back as soon as i can.
-
finally got around to checking the front end over and everything seems ok so i guess next step would be an alignment? unless anyone has a different, idea cause i dont know anymore?

Yup, next step is either taking it in to a shop or have a more mechanically inclined friend take a look at it. If you take it in to a shop, make sure to tell them to check the whole front suspension, not just toss it on the alignment rack and call it a day.

alright thanks i'll see about an alignment this week if i can get a ride to school and what not.
