i was reading the posts on the 4.0L TB swap, but im still a little confused. ive read the post like, 4-5 times, but im still stumped- Marines arent known for their smartness. ive got a 95 YJ. should i get a TB from a 91-95/96 4.0? i just want to get my research correct so i can just jump into all the mods when i get home.

Your 95 should be fine with a 1991-1995.5 TB. Unless they used a TJ TB on there. You will need to check where the MAP sensor is located to be sure.

You can use a '91-'04 throttle body, but if it's a '95.5+ throttle body you will have to cap the vacuum port at the base of the throttle body. No big deal.
My '95 came with the '95.5+ throttle body with the vacuum port capped from the factory.
BTW I sell 62mm throttle bodies for $85 + a refundable core charge. Much larger, more power, and quicker throttle response than any 4.0L throttle body. Removing the stock taper beneath the throttle plate gets air past the throttle plate a lot sooner.
