ok so there is a really weird sound and i hear it while im idling, i can feel something knocking next to my right foot next to the 4 wheel drive shifter??? any ides

Engine mounts maybe? 
Can you hear it outside or just inside?

I'd check the motor mounts, especially the passenger side if it's a YJ.  Then I'd check the transmission mount.
