Saw this on jeepforum.com and I don't see why someone would bother.  Those wheels can't be cheap either.

Why is a good quesition.  Looked way better with the fakelocks and Firestones IMO.  Those wheels are even uglier than most bling, bling wheels.

if your going to do that at least make sure you have some eye candy behind the rim. Some thing like BIG disc brakes with color match calipers.

Well that sucks...   You guys are making me feel miserable.

I just put a deposit on my new wheels, and now you've left me with a choice.  Bail the new wheels, or this website.

Well the website is too fun, and these wheels don't have enough 'bling' for me anyways...  So the wheels are being sent back to the mines.

Definitely not my style...

 I've never understood the large rim mindset. The only halfway large rims I've seen that I like is the ones from the Dodge Rams...18" I think.

  I have 17s on my Expo and they are TOO big imho....  :wink:

Arn't those like 100k per wheel or something?  Kinda funny would be fun to follow a Jeep wtih those on it along a rocky trail you could make a fortune.  

Dodge uses 20's on some of there Rams but they are alot bigger than Jeeps.  I realy havent figured out an advantage to running bigger/heavier wheels.  I have thought about 16's because there are more pizza cutters avalible but that is the only reason

one night here in richmond i stopped at a seve near VCU and saw a lowered tj with bling rims and fake chrome side pipes..i almost got sick..
when the guy came out i asked him why he would do such a thing to a jeep..he got offended and said its a show jeep and proceeded to show me the hydraulics and stereo..the funniest thing about it was this "show jeep" had just as many scratches and blemishes as mine. once he figured out i wasnt very impressed with his creation he decided to leave on 3 wheels

I worked in a 4 wheel drive shop, and we had a customer who wanted to chrome out his Jeep.  He commented that he knew that us employees were 4 wheelers, but he wanted to chrome his out (This was before the word 'bling' existed).

So as a salesman...  I totally agreed with him.  I told him that it would look awesome!  I said,"Ya, let's totally chrome this out!"  So I shut up, and took the guys money.  And chrome isn't cheap.

Along with kids, pets, and guns, some folks just shouldn't be allowed to own Jeeps. :evil:
