i was wondering if anyone had a large backspaced wheel like a crager soft 8 with 4in. BS i was wanting to know how far out a 33x12.50 would stick out of the wheel well, or if i should just go with a 10.50 what do you guys think got any picts for me to ssee?
pics of both would be nice
thanks

Just from experience it should stick out 3-4" or so past the flare. I'd run more BS to bring the tire in more. If you run 10.5's then and 4.25 or more they would easily be under the flares. Typically, it's recommended 4.25-4.75" on most Jeeps will keep it from looking like a rollerskate.

Here's a pic of cragar soft 8's with 31x10.50's they stick out alot but 12.50's and new 6" fender's (bushwacker or xenon) will fit perfect.

im running 33x12.5 BFGs on 15x10 cragar soft block 8's with 4" BS and with my stock flares they stuck out about 3" but im current running rubicon flares so theyre only out about 2". and my lift has settled to about 3" just to give u some reference there
all the pictures in this link are with my stock flares, with the rubi flares at full flex the tire just barely squeezes under the flare while the stock flares hit the pretty bad

i forgot i had these pics posted online already, heres a comparison of the stock flares vs the rubi flares. the lift, tires, and wheels are the same in both pictures and they were even taken on the same rock on the same trail (2 different times of the year tho)
