Title: 33x10.50 vs. 33x12.50

wat should i get?

i dont drive far ever just about 2miles to school everyday and i live in the country so no highways close by...

ive got a 4in. lift

cragar soft 8 rims with 4.75 BS

stock flares cops around here dont care :weee:

so wat do ya think

I run 35x12.5R15's and if I downsized, I'd go with 10.5's to get a similar proportion. I like tires under the flares, not for Johnny Law but because when the tires pick up crap, it gets flung all over the place. If you drive in rain, the tires will kick water through your window if you ahppen to leave it open. If you have a soft top crap will get flung up across the rear side and stain the top. These are sort of nitpicky but if it's a daily driver, they do become issues that will wear you down.

Just go with the 10.5's. You're already widening the stance with the wheels over stock. Since you have stock gearings, the additional weight and rolling resistance will work against you.

thats exactly what i want a 33x11.50 where did you get them and who makes them? If i could get those i would be very happy :biggrin:

American Tires? I had to order my 34x9.5R15's when I bought it.

Post by: van on August 25, 2008, 08:39:40 PM: 33x10.5 are the way to go. BFG AT's from tirerack, fit like a charm. 6" flares 2" lift up front, no lift rear.
