Anybody know where to grab a ecu for my 95yj?
and instlation instructions? is it pretty much just plug and play?

They can often be found on e-bay and there are several companies with web pages where you can get them.

To install, you just disconnect the battery, take out the old one, put in the new one, reconnect battery and start it up.  At least that is all I did with my replacement and had no problems.

I also got mine from eBay...  Much cheaper than the other places I found them at.
