Hmmmmm....I really need those.  Always just use my nice Costco leather work gloves.

Had a pair once, not sure what they are supposed to be for.  They won't stop a grinder like a regular leather work glove.

The only time I use them is when it cold out. Harbor Freight has a similar product for $5.99 and they also have a cold weather water proof version for $14.99. Plus H.F. is 5 minutes away and sears is almost half an hours drive.  ;)

I love the Mechanix Gloves.  I wore holes in my first pair.  Emailed Mechanix and they said to send them in and they would send a new pair out.

I believe Craftsman Mechanic's gloves are made by Mechanix as well.

The only thing I've found the gloves aren't good for is gear work.  If they get gear oil on them, they will smell forever.

I just stick them in the parts washer and wash them out real well, thats worked on the last couple pairs I've had.  I didnt know you could send them in though to get new ones, I've got a couple sets laying around that have holes in the fingers, I just havent thrown them out  cause they aren't totally trashed yet
