Hey guys, I am kinda new to this board but I have been on many others around the web. I always do this kind of thread when I get my new to me vehicle. Anyway I'm wondering whats the most miles you have on your Jeep or one youve saw and know its all original. All original IMO is defined by not being rebuilt but can be serviced with little parts but the majority of it is still in factory. Also put the specs of the rig.
Mine is a 2000 Wrangler 2.5 5 speed manual with 146,000 on the original motor, tranny, t case, axles. I knew the previous owner so I know this is true.
My 1991 YJ 2.5 5 speed manual only has 119,000 on all original equipment.

My 2000 TJ just crossed 100k last month...the only thing left that is original is the back seat, the engine/transmission/transfer case.
Bought it 3 years ago exactly....62k and as stock as they come.

95 YJ just under 87,000 mile. The carfax notes some discrepancies so it may have many more! How exactly can speedometers be turned back? Swap in one from a lower mileage vehicle?
-
2005 2.4L 99,000 miles, original engine third tranny because of syncros(warrenty replaced) , everything else pretty factory. 6spd, new spider gears in D35 Super cool hard top off a 97. and super cool street rims+tires off a nitro for mpg'S. Oh and gave my hamster some roids thats bout it. oh, and some overloads. And its been rode hard and put up wet if ya know what i mean

Mine reads close to 126K, but I bought it when it read 109, and it had 31" tires without having the speedo calibrated, so it should be about 10K more... if no-one messed with the odometer, that is!

my 1990 is around 155k... had a valve job a few years ago and could use some attention but still drives.. mainly becasue previous owner daily drove it for 7 years with a mindset that mantinence is filling the liquids as they leak out and when a tire blows out fix that one but not the other 3 that are about to go... so I'd take my jeeps case as near the worst case scenario because of no mantinence. funny thing is I saw the old owner today and he wants me to buy his 95 yj for $4000 :roflol: :roflol:... maybe if it was free... :bore:

Mine is a 1992 that I've owned since new. IIRC it had 96 miles on it as it was the tester. No one liked the color I guess. Now it has a whopping 66,6xx miles on it. Never put that many miles on it through High school since the school was only 6 miles away. Parked it for a while while going to College then had it shipped over. Still didn't put that many miles on it. If I was to do it again, I would have bought a motorcycle or moped and just parked the Jeep.

Mine has about 75K on it. I bought it new in Oct of 95 with less then 5 miles on it. It was a DD for a number of years. Then it became a toy and only gets a few thousand a year if I'm luckly.
Motor and tranny are stock. Running a D20 T-case out of a 71 Bronco and the axles have been replaced with D44's.

i blew the rings out of mine at 99k but that was my fault (filled cylinders up and kept hammering) but i have 2.5s with about 250 on them still running ok

My 1993 YJ has 135,000+, had the axles gears (4.88s) done a few months back ago. I'm the third owner, second owner only owned it about 6 months before he traded it for a Trans AM, go figure. It was pretty much babied as far as off-road and it was well maintained. The only problem that I have is getting the 4x4 vacuum actuator fixed. I replaced it but still not getting the front axle to lock in. The wifes 2003 TJ has 153,000 on it. It was a US mail carrier Jeep, she delivers for the US Post office in town. We are the second owners of it. The previous owner kept it in a like new condition. 100% stock and it runs as good as a new one.

Check the vacuum lines. They often get holes in them from battery acid.

body has 133k engine has 120k rear end tcase nd trans have been redone at 129k ts like a new jeep!!!!
-
My 94 YJ has 104k on it.
-
I just hit 204K about a week ago, but the motor has only like 50K on it. My old 4 popper was still running decent when pulled at 197K, but it was slowly losing power. now the tranny I put in with it is going out, so who knows how many miles it has on it
-
My 95 has 127k and still running pretty good, got a small oil leak in the front of the motor. heh
-
Zero miles and not running yet. I don't know how much that helps, but once I get it running I'll tell how it is compared to the beat to shiza 155K drivetrain I had!

Here my 2000 DD with 93,000 miles on her.

My 90 yj rolled over 200,000 on my way home from picking it up when I bought it, now it's around 230,000. My 97tj has 170,000 changed timing chain at 162,000 runs like a singer. Wife's 97 just rolled over 100,000 last week.
-
93k on a 98TJ-original engine blew 4 days after purchase at 89k...new motor is pulling strong though-hope the tranny will last-gettin a slight hesitation shifting 1st-2nd.
-
i got a 97 with 137xxx
5 speed all original
except tune up parts
-
91 with 125,000 on it but its had 33's since about 60k and somewhere about 120k it got 35's so probablly has alot more than that,
Put a dana 44 in around 65k, I cant remember and other than just replacing parts as they go bad thats about it
-
97,9**K on my 02. It had 54K on it when I got it in 06. Since then the only major thing I've replaced is the transmission. The engine still runs perfect.
-
mine has a 148,500 + still going odo is off check it with my gps for every 7 miles the odo has is really 8 so says the garmin
-
I only have about 115,000 on my 91 but to look at it you would swear it had at least 500,000.
-
I now have 3 97 TJs. 2 4cyl and 1 6 cyl.
My wheeler 2.5l/auto has 137,567. My 6cyl has 125,427. And my latest purchase dead 4cyl/5-sp has 136,666.

Hello,
I have not been on here for a long time now. My 95 YJ has 2223XX miles on it and still runs pretty strong. I have replaced the timing chain, waterpump, and tranny, along with some smaller things.
-
Wow swde, you have the most miles on here I think. Unless someone has more?
