Finally getting around to installing a 2" BB on my 4-clanger. With ONLY 2" being added (budget boost coil spacer style) should I be concerned about the axles shifting out of alignment to a noticeable/problematic degree? I understand that there are issues of concern with LARGE lifts (and adjustable or modified track bars must be installed in those instances) but at 2" I should be okay, shouldn't I? Thanks. Cheers!

You should be ok with out it. There are usually no problems with a 2" BB, and a regular realignment will fix any problems.

been running our 97 grand Cherokee with 2 inch coil spacers for over 5 years with no problems.

Only problem would come from the condition of the bushings. The front track bar has a tie rod end on it and in time, like the steering, will wear enough and provide looseness.
Putting a lift on usually shows where wear items need maintenance, rebuild, or be replaced.

I usually do not modify the track bars with a 2" BB. The only thing I do is set the caster all the way out, pushing the bottom of the front axle as far forward as the cam bolts allow. You may need to purchase cam bolts if your jeep didn't come with them.
You will need to adjust toe-in.

Have 05 with spacers, 100k miles running good, besides death wobble which i think came from lift
