Title: Mechanix Brand gloves Harbor Freight
Post by: dexetr30 on February 05, 2009, 09:10:38 AM
Harbor Freight is discontinued the sale of these gloves. However, I picked up a pair today that were still on the shelves for $9.99 + tax. Other stores may still have a few pairs left on the shelves as well. They are the best fitting work gloves I've found so far. I was able to pick up a dime off my garage floor with them on and I could also dial my cell phone with them. Something I couldn't do wearing standard Mechanic type gloves. They have great little stick pads on the end of the thumb, index and middle fingers that work really well for picking up small items and for holding onto and gripping tools. They are Harbor Freight item # 56006. They aren't listed on the HF website anymore but you may be able to fine a pair of two in your local HF store. I figure $9.99 for these is an unbeatable deal. Otherwise you'll pay $30.99 for them on Mechanix website.

That's a good price for the impacts.  I have been using the Craftsman brand for a while.  I've also used the original Mechanix as well.
