how much can you do to the 2.5l in a TJ before you have to have the ECU reprogrammed?

I had planned on 0.010" bore, zero the block, 0.060" shave on the head, 1.94" intake valves, 1.5" exhaust valves, clifford 264 cam, throttle body spacer from hesco, and 4.0l intake tube with cone type filter.

I don't know that a TJ's ECM can be reprogrammed, but you may need an adjustable MAP sensor in order to adjust the air/fuel ratio.  Also consider larger injectors and my 62mm throttle body and spacer.
