OK, so here's the deal; I got a complete soft top set with the soft top in good condition (I think it was replaced prior to me getting the Jeep, and I switched to the hard top a couple of months after getting the Jeep) sitting in my garage, and to be honest, I never really use it.
So, I was thinking, if I sell this soft top (complete with hardware, with the exception of the screwes that hold the rail to the tub because I am using them for the hard top), I would be able to get my front bumper.
But my question is, how much should I ask for it, and where (other than the vendors place here) should I offer it in? Craigslist? eBay?
By the way, the frame looks like it is the stock one; everything works just fine, but it just looks much older than the top itself... And the top looks like a BesTop replace-a-top...
So, what should I ask for it?

i would craigslsit it to see if anyone is interested near you. and also post on any jeep forums you are active in.... and then if all else fails go to ebay

Craigslist or local jeep forums. What color is it?
-
Black, no tint on the clear part...

I'm not sure how popular KIJIJI is where you are but I swear by it. It sure beats craigslist in my opinion. Try kijiji.com Goodluck!

I finally got around to taking this out and taking pictures of it. Any input on what to ask for it is greatly appreciate it!
Here is the frame, rear bar and front channel (and other hardware):

I think you have a Messerschmidt infestation. Better call someone for that pronto... :uhoh:
As for the top, it looks like it's in really good condition. Where's the tailgate retainer piece that holds the rear window down? The Frame is OEM since Bestop never sold them. The top looks to be a Replace-a-top. Pretty basic one. I'm not even sure if they make them that way anymore. I think that style got kicked down to Pavement ends.
For pricing I think I'd probably ask around $400-500 since you're selling the hardware as well. A new top from Pavement Ends is around $500 and that's without the upper doors.
Sell it on forums and Craigslist.

What can I say; I love Messerschmitts (I'm surprised you recognised the Me410; not many people do!)

It's up next to the Me410... That's the rear retainer piece and the front channel going sideways.

I think I'll post it in Craigslist and some local forums (gotta find those, as I dont belong to any clubs; waiting to finish the Jeep before I do any offroading, so I decided to keep to myself for now) for $500 and work my way down from there... Thanks!
