Okay did the swap used the sensors from the 2.5l put it all back together fired it up and it screams to 4.5-5k and stays there scary.
Help. please help.

Likely a vacuum leak. Double check everything and make sure the TB and IAC are clean.

When i swapped the tps it seemed dirty so i sprayed it with carb cleaner before i put it in could that have screwed something up? also on the IAC sensor I didn't swap the housing just the sensor does that matter? any help greatly appreciated.

Problem fixed needed to swap the IAC housing from the 2.5. it's all better know, actually still pulls around 65 (on flat ground that is) next stop #19 injectors and taurus fan.
Any input on a higher amp alternator swap.
