I have a 97 2.5L TJ and want to do the injector upgrade. I am confused on what to do. What injectors do I go with? Is it the same for TJ's and YJ's? Sorry is this is repetitive to some of you. I have been looking through the posts for a couple of hours and cant come to a conclusion on what I need. Thanks in advance for the help.

That is the thread that is confusing. It is not saying what I did to do for the upgrade?

What is the largest I can go? 24#?

I have used all the way up to 36lb injectors trying to find the rite combo for my turbo set up, but until its in boost it runs is if it was a stock 4banger. So from what I have experienced I would not go much over 24lb injectors or you will have a crappy idle, and it wont do you much good for power wise unless you go to forced induction.
Now with my set up i can modify my fuel maps and thus back off the fuel at idle so I could run really big injectors, but as i said earlier there would be no point as it is just overkill.

I came across some new injectors from a 1999 I believe, will these things work in my 95 yj? Anybody know where I can get this info?

A 1999 what?
For a YJ you can do the same thing that Jeffy did in his writeup - Use the yellow 19# Design II or Design III injectors.
To the OP and TJ 2.5l owners- Use the 24# Design III grey colored injectors shown in the writeup. I used part number F5DE-B5A injectors that someone else on the board used and posted a writeup on and they worked great.
On a side note I have 4 of the F5DE-B5A injectors for sale from when I bought a set of 8 for my install. They are brand spankin new. PM me if you are interested in buying them.
