Title: NEED HEADER

 :brick:  I purchased a Pacesetter header under a year ago from a private seller.  The header was new.  Now the header is cracked and falling apart beyond belief.
I put header wrap on the header to save it from the winters here in michigan.  Come to find out that the thing destroyed the header. :puzzled:
anyone out there know of a place to get another header around the Pacesetter price without buying a pacesetter?

my understanding of header rap is that it holds water.. is if it gets wet you need to keep the motor running untl the rap can dry out or it will rust out the header... good luck on finding a new header

yeah it not only held in water but lots of heat that was way too much for the header to handle.  I just bought another one from Summit Racing for $169.   all I could do besides putting the old stock one on and redoing my entire exhaust. :'(
